Exercise Log

Please watch this video about the physical benefits of physical activity. Throughout the video you will be asked questions, which will require an answer. You can attempt the questions multiple times. Have fun. 

                                        

For the next activity you will write down as many types of physical activity you have done in the last week on page 1 of your Exercise Log  
Once you have completed the list, please upload it in the Physical Activity Journal - Chat. I will see that you have completed the task and you will be marked as complete. 

Prior to our next lesson please complete page 2 of Exercise Log. We will reflect on these in our next lesson and compare them to the Australian guidelines. If you have any questions about this task, please pop them in the chat link. Please upload your exercise logs prior to our next class so I know you will be coming prepared. When you upload it, it will mark your name off as complete. 

In the Physical Activity Journal - Chat there is also a poll for "I get enough physical activity each day" - you can select Yes or No. We will discuss this poll next week.
