It is important for our mental health to stay connected. Please share your ideas and plans for staying healthy and keeping active over the next week, whilst we are unable to be at school.

  1. To keep healthy this week I am going to aim to eat 2 pieces of fruit every day.
    Keep a water bottle full of water with me around the house.
    Swim laps in the pool every day to remain active.
