To keep healthy this week I am going to aim to eat 2 pieces of fruit every day. Keep a water bottle full of water with me around the house. Swim laps in the pool every day to remain active.
Good morning Year 4 students and welcome to our third lesson for healthy behaviours. You have been learning about healthy behaviours that contribute to your own and others health, safety, relationships and wellbeing. We have discussed mental health and last week we introduced healthy eating. For this lesson we will continue learning about healthy eating using the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating (AGHE). We will also explore the physical benefits of physical activity. Although there are many more benefits we will follow on with next lesson.
